It’s not too early to be thinking about the holidays! Join the Noble Planetarium staff and build your own telescope…for yourself, your family, or a great holiday gift. Join us on Saturday, Dec. 6, 2008, and build your very own Newtonian reflector telescope on a Dobsonian mount! Noble Planetarium staff will provide all the tools and personally guide you through construction from beginning to completion!  This fantastic price includes all parts and mirrors to construct the telescope, a complete instruction manual (in case you want to build an even bigger telescope later!), a Telrad finder scope, one eyepiece and a free star chart. We provide all parts and tools.  Come join us for this fun and rewarding experience.

General Information:
All registrations are accepted in the order received. If the workshop is filled, you will be notified immediately. We will confirm receipt of your registration by telephone or e-mail. The class is limited to 20 participants.Payment must be made in full and must accompany registration. Cancellations made seven business days prior to the workshop will be honored with a refund. If fewer than seven days notice, you will receive a refund of your fee less the cost of the materials. Please bring a sack lunch. Museum staff will provide beverages.
